SnapGLB ("we", "our", "the app") is a 3D object scanning application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Camera Data: The app accesses your device camera solely to capture images for 3D object scanning. Images are processed on-device and are not transmitted to our servers.
3D Model Files: When you convert a scan, the generated .usdz file is uploaded to our server for conversion to .glb format. The file is automatically deleted from our server immediately after conversion.
Shared Models: If you choose to share a 3D model online, the .glb file is stored on our server to make it accessible via a shareable link. You can request deletion at any time.
Purchase Information: If you subscribe to SnapGLB Pro, payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We do not have access to your payment details.
The app stores your language preference and daily scan count locally on your device using standard system storage. This data never leaves your device.

Converted files are deleted immediately after download. Shared models are retained as long as the sharing link is active. No personal data is retained on our servers.
Our app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us.
You may request deletion of any shared models by contacting us. Since we do not collect personal data, there is generally no personal data to access, modify, or delete.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
