End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SnapGLB ("the app"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement and Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SnapGLB is a 3D object scanning application that allows users to capture real-world objects using their device's camera and LiDAR sensor, generate 3D models (.usdz), convert them to .glb format, and optionally share them online.

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewable Plans

Free Plan: Users may perform up to 2 scans per day at no cost.

SnapGLB Pro (Monthly): An auto-renewable subscription billed monthly through the Apple App Store. Unlocks unlimited scans and online sharing.

SnapGLB Pro (Yearly): An auto-renewable subscription billed yearly through the Apple App Store. Unlocks unlimited scans and online sharing.

Title of subscription: SnapGLB Pro
Length of subscription: Monthly (1 month) or Yearly (1 year)
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all 3D models and scans you create. By using the online sharing feature, you grant us a limited license to host and serve your shared models via the generated link.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Upload or share content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the app or its backend services
Use the service to distribute harmful or offensive content

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that 3D scans will be accurate representations of scanned objects.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
